Her Clinic has one of the few Omnisense bone density testing machines in Canada. This cutting edge technology was used in one of the largest osteoporosis studies to date, the Canadian Multicentre Osteoporosis Study. Dr. Gammage received training from one of the doctors involved in the study.

Dr. Gammage is also certified in acupuncture and has additional training in facial rejuvenating acupuncture.

Dr. Gammage's training as a Chiropractor has enabled her to address her patient’s musculoskeletal complaints as well as assess structural alignment. Even though she is proficient in the traditional Chiropractic techniques of adjusting, Dr. Gammage has developed an eclectic treatment style, utilizing lower force techniques. She is known for her gentle but very effective treatment methods.

Dr. Gammage has a general family practice with patients ranging from newborns to the elderly. As a result of practicing in a remote area of B.C., Dr. Gammage sees a very wide range of conditions. But regardless of the condition, one of the clinics fundamental mandates is to help patients maintain good health by providing healthy lifestyle counselling and services (such as bone density testing, weight management, salivary hormone testing, etc) and therefore promote optimal health, and healthy aging.

Dr. Rochelle Fenner

One of the main reasons that Dr. Fenner chose to work in Naturopathic Medicine, is her belief in the importance of a healthy lifestyle and mind-body medicine. As Dr. Gammage, she has always had an interest in natural healthcare. She is excited to help motivate others to make the changes necessary to achieve and maintain a greater state of health and balance.

Dr. Fenner is a fully licensed naturopathic doctor and graduate of The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Before that she graduated from the University of Guelph, with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. She is also a certified FirstLine Therapist.

She uses diet and lifestyle counseling, vitamin and mineral therapy, botanical (herbal) medicine, homeopathy and acupuncture and FirstLine Therapy, to deliver a personalized treatment plan that is best suited for each individual.

Virginia Sanders, Reiki

Virginia Sanders first learned of Reiki when a friend recommended it to her. She had been suffering with back pain for several years and nothing had worked to ease the pain. She was not keen to have surgery as was suggested by a surgeon and looked for an alternative solution when Reiki was suggested.

With just 3 treatments of Reiki, Virginia's back pain dissolved and in the process she learned that her body's energy was unbalanced. With the help of Reiki to restore her natural rhythm, the pain in her body disappeared.

This experience inspired Virginia to learn how Reiki could help people. She has been practising since 2002 and has progressed to become a Reiki Teacher as well as a practitioner.

Virginia is also a practising radiographer and studied in South Africa to obtain a degree as a Master of Medicine (Anatomy). She exercises a great deal of respect for Western medicine with the knowledge that Naturopathic and Energy medicine can also contribute to a person's healing.

Wholism Reiki combines the intuitive skills of Wholism Healing (www.wholismhealing.co.za) and the natural life force energy of Reiki to create an incredible healing experience for the client.
